Educational Building Cleaning
Exterior cleaning for schools, academies, colleges, universities and multi-academy trusts — scheduled around term dates, carried out in line with your safeguarding and site controls, and supported by site-specific RAMS.
Educational Buildings
Planned around term times and safeguarding
A clean, well-kept campus matters to pupils, parents, staff and inspectors. Algae-streaked render, green roofs, dirty glazing and blocked gutters quickly make buildings look tired, and can lead to longer-term maintenance problems for estates teams already working to tight budgets.
We work with bursars, business managers and trust estates leads to plan cleaning for school holidays, INSET days, weekends or after hours. Our team follows your sign-in, safeguarding and site-control procedures, and work areas are clearly segregated. For multi-academy trusts, several sites can be surveyed and quoted together as a planned programme.

Is drone cleaning right for this site?
Drone cleaning can work well on larger school and college buildings, especially during holidays when sites are quiet. Every campus is different, so we complete a remote survey and an airspace and operational assessment before recommending it, and plan the operation under our CAA Operational Authorisation.
FAQs
Common questions
Can you work in the school holidays?
Yes — most educational work is booked for holidays, INSET days or weekends. Get in touch early for summer slots.
How do you handle safeguarding on site?
Our team follows your sign-in and safeguarding procedures, work areas are segregated, and we agree timings that avoid contact with pupils wherever possible.
